Easy tip from Jennifer W. in Denver:
put a couple of drops of dishsoap into a spray bottle with water. I haven’t found a product that works as well on mirrors and glass.
I have found a great way to save time at the end of your painting day. Wrap your brush or roller in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer. When you are ready to paint the same color again just set them out and let them thaw. This will save you time and money.

Let the sun shine in your home:
Open the curtains when it’s sunny, your house will get heat for free.
Use a smarter de-icer:
Sand will provide better traction than salt and won’t harm your plants.
Turn down the Thermostat and install a programmable one.
Seal all leaks around your windows and in the attic.
