A great organizational tip for the office is to use old muffin pans in your desk drawer. You can put stamps, paper clips, business cards, etc. in each “muffin holder”.

You should pick a day once or twice a year and look at the expiration dates on all of your food, medication, vitamins…etc. Throw away what is expired. People don’t realize that even Tylenol has an expiration date and it’s not a good idea to use it after that date.

Every Sunday night I sit down with my weekly planner and write out what I need to do all week. Then I’m usually not surprised by the weeks events. Write it all out: school, birthdays, bills, and your work.
